Indian Debt Collector Prank

Haha debt collectors have been calling me for the past 6 months in America, so i started calling them and I would just yell at them for the hell ...

Collecting on a debt in London, when I'm in India?

A broker in London owes be 800 GBP for work I've done for websites. I've got a few friends in the UK. The broker is not willing to pay up. Would my friend's sending a debt collector on my behalf work? Is court the only way? 150 GBP for a lawyer per hour is ouch.

Why not apply to have him made bankrupt if he is a sole trader or the company wound up for failing to pay the debt.? I believe people get quite agitated when these sorts of proceeding are instituted.

Write to the broker and indicate that your solicitor has recommended you take this step if he has not paid you within 14 days. This may work.

Good luck!

If I was in this situation, I would be prepared to have this broker bankrupted, and pay the required solicitor and court fees to institute proceedings. If this person has any assets ( like a million pound house in the stockbroker belt in London) then he stands to lose them to pay his creditors.

If Republicans believe in The Class System, why don't they move to India where it's Legal ?

Isn't INDIA where most Call Centers are ... subcontracted by American Companies? You know, the Telemarketers, the Debt Collectors and so on? Those annoying folks that call you that no one can understand.

Republicans think they're better than everyone else. Notice that?

Slow down, Sparkplug...

Your enthusiasm is admirable, but flawed. A classless society, in theory, sounds great. Everyone wants to be equal, right? The only problem is, human nature will not allow it to happen.

Humans are naturally hierarchical, thus not allowing absolute equality for all. Secondly, with a classless society, someone still needs to be in charge. Absolute power breeds absolute corruption.

To see examples of how it would never work, I suggest reading "Animal Farm", researching the Israeli kibbutz movement and the Ujamaa system in Tanzania.

BTW, in regard to your Republican remark...it's never wise to write or speak in generalizations.

i'm sure this rant makes sense to you but i don't have any idea how it all connects.

Business India collection

Until the birth of debt collection, debt collection in India, has never been a specialized work and was always treated as one of the tasks, the legal departments of banks and financial institutions have to undertake treatment. A typical legal department of a company would approach the process of gathering as only a question of law, not as a measure of the tax collection. Litigation is the only means for the collection and use no other instrument wasknown or used by the industry. Litigation as a measure of recovery was always limited because of its long and tortuous legal procedures, the Indian legal system for more criticism. On the other hand, foreign banks led the company the concept of the specialized services of debt collection. Debt Recovery Services has started one of the many services that are outsourced to specialized agencies. Collection activity has had a very humble beginning and has just qualified as aspecialized service providers.

But for a certain period with the emergence of India as a destination of global outsourcing activities also increased domestic outsourcing as an effective business tool. With the result today, the third sector plays an important role in the collection of the Indian economy. The industry employs hundreds of thousands of Indian professionals as a collection, maintenance, various industries, from banking to telecommunications servicesProviders of insurance.
